Cocktails named like playlists
The bar pours signature cocktails from ₹350 to ₹750, and the classics (Negroni, Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Tommy's Margarita) from ₹500 to ₹650. Proper Nawty (₹750) is tequila, and the one everyone asks about. Tempered Nut (₹550) is vodka, a Bournvita stout reduction and coffee. Built Under Pressure (₹750) is tequila and mezcal, no apologies.

Feni cocktails
The Foundry Nagoa makes two feni cocktails, each ₹350. Meu Amor is feni with xarope de brindão, a Goan memory in summer light. Ambo Tik is feni, mango and chilli. If you'd rather meet the spirit on its own, Goenchi feni is ₹240. Indian single malts too: Indri and Godawan.
Not drinking? Virgin versions of the signatures, Booch kombucha, 0% beer and fresh juice, ₹250 to ₹400. The same care, none of the consequences.
Supper, or dinner if you insist
Supper is small plates to share, ₹250 to ₹590: miso gochujang pork belly, masa chicken tacos, spiced chicken liver mousse, grilled prawns in peanut curry, lamb koobideh. Bigger plates run ₹450 to ₹690, including the Signature Chicken Roast (₹690), which after dark comes with pommes purée and liver mousse. The kitchen cooks until midnight, so a late dinner in North Goa is not a negotiation.
Prices are before taxes. The menu changes with the kitchen, so the one at the table wins.
Some nights, the deck comes down
The DJ deck at The Foundry Nagoa hangs from the warehouse's original roof truss, on a pulley. On gig nights it is lowered, and it becomes the stage. Guests have come for DJ nights, live music and takeovers, but there is no fixed schedule yet. When there's a DJ or a band, it goes up on Instagram first.
