The Foundry Nagoa serves brunch and breakfast from 9am to 7pm, every day except Wednesday, in a repurposed warehouse in Nagoa, Arpora. One menu, all day. No cut-off at 11, no afternoon break, no judgement if your breakfast happens at 4pm.
The eggs benedict people drive for
The Hog Shoulder Benny (₹520) is our signature eggs benedict: pork shoulder roasted overnight, hollandaise, togarashi and a seasonal slaw. It is the dish guests name most in their reviews. We counted.

Not a pork person? The Foundry Eggs (₹450) are Turkish eggs with garlic labneh, ragu, house chilli oil and cashew dukkah. Eggs Your Way (₹290) comes scrambled, poached or over easy. No wrong answer.
A British breakfast, done our way
There is no full English on the menu. There is a Bacon & Egg Sarnie (₹550) with bacon we cure ourselves, and a Sausage & Egg Butty (₹490). Toast comes piled with wild mushrooms (₹520), or with lamb mince (₹580), our take on keema pao. Then the Ricotta Hotcakes (₹450), made to order, so you'll wait a little. You're worth it. So are they.

Vegan brunch, on its own menu
The Foundry Nagoa has a separate vegan menu of 12 dishes, priced ₹250 to ₹630. The Akuri Tofu Scramble (₹410) is Parsi-style and vegan. The pasta comes as house fettuccine or vegan spaghetti, and the Vegan Banana Bread (₹450) is there when you want pudding before noon. Every dish on the menu carries allergen codes, so ask us about the rest.
